During our early access launch, we collect only one piece of personal data:

• Email Address: submitted voluntarily through our early access form.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment card details, or postal addresses on this launch site.

2. Why We Collect It and Lawful Basis

We collect your email address exclusively for the purpose of notifying you when early access opens and when strategies complete their live qualification thresholds.

Lawful Basis: We process this data on the basis of your explicit consent provided at the time of form submission (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR). We do not use pre-ticked boxes or bundled consent.

3. Data Retention

We retain your email address for the duration of the early access notification period. If you request deletion or unsubscribe from notifications, your email address is permanently removed from our active database within 30 days.

4. Third-Party Sharing and Infrastructure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes. Your email is stored securely within our encrypted European cloud infrastructure (including Cloudflare KV / D1 / PostgreSQL).

5. Cookies and Tracking

This website does not set non-essential advertising or tracking cookies. Any analytical measurement used on this site is aggregate, privacy-preserving, and cookieless.

6. Your Rights and Deletion Requests

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Withdraw consent and request permanent erasure of your email address.
